Prior to arriving at your home we review all notes, ensuring we are set up for providing the best service possible. We will spend time providing the love and care that your pet deserves, whether it’s a long or short walk, playing fetch, chasing ribbons across the room or just cuddling. Pets and their ownsers are all individual with different needs, likes and dislikes. The more we know about you and your pet, the better we can meet or exceed your expectations.
At a minimum we walk, ensure bathroom breaks, give fresh water and/or food, give treats, change litter, play with and love on your pet. Once our visit is complete, we will send you an email about our ‘Daily Adventure’, giving you details about our time together, including photos.
We certainly don’t leave anyone out! Give us a heads up to feed other small animals while we’re visiting your home. We accommodate fish, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, sugar gliders, chinchillas and more. Not sure? Just ask!
We’ve been around long enough to know that every animal is different. Some need long walks or a little extra attention or medications while some could care less that we’re there as long as there’s food and they get some bladder relief. We offer different timeframes to facilitate all four-legged walks of life and their required levels of maintenance.
We prefer at least 24 hours notice for a regular visit. Although not guaranteed, we do our best to accommodate last minute requests. Overnights, multi-day visits and vacation should be booked as soon as possible.
We appreciate as much time as you can give us, but we also know that things happen. If you have to cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled visit time, you will be charged the cost of one (1) visit to cover the rate of the walker who was scheduled for your visit.
We have a wonderful and caring staff that are ALL highly requested. It’s not always possible to guarantee a walker’s availability, but we certainly do what we can to accommodate special requests.
